Greenbriar at River Valley is located in North Royalton, OH within Cuyahoga County. It was originally developed as a Planned Community by U.S. Homes Corporation from 1997 thru 2005. In 2006 the Greenbriar at River Valley Home Owners Association was formed, taking control of the development. Our community consists of 227 detached single family homes. The final home was built in 2016.

 

Our declarations and bylaws state that at least one residing family member is 55 years of age or older. Children and grandchildren are welcome to visit however all residents must be at least 18 years old. Please review our Rules and Regulations handbook for more details.

 

Our 6,000 square foot Clubhouse includes:

Foyer, Multipurpose-Ball Room with Fireplace, Library/Computer Room, Fitness Center, Game Room with a Billiards Table, Craft Room with a Kiln, Kitchen Facilities and a Activities Office.

 

Outdoor facilities include:

Pool with Spa, Tennis/Pickleball Courts, Bocce Court, Paved Walking Paths and a Nature Trail.
