Do I have to be 55 years old to live in Greenbriar at River Valley?
At least one resident needs to be 55 years of age or older. All residents must be at least 18 years old.
How can I visit the community?
A resident or realtor can provide access to the community. You will need to check in at the Guest Keypad and follow the instructions given to you. Do not leave the keypad until the Guest (left) gate opens.
How can I purchase a home in the community?
A Realtor or Private Owner can provide purchase details. Please note that we have a No Rental Clause in the community. Contact your sales agent to review other restrictions and/or requirements.
How is the community governed?
As a private homeowners association, we are governed by our publicly recorded Declarations & Bylaws and the Ohio Planned Community Act. Homeowners elect a Board of Directors to manage HOA affairs on their behalf.
What is the pet policy?
All animals must be on handheld leash when outside the resident’s home. Pets are prohibited from the Clubhouse or Pool area. Guide and Service dogs are exempt (written documentation required). Residents are responsible for the immediate cleanup of pet waste. Residents must license their pet, if required, by the City of North Royalton.
